At the time he was said to be 5' 5" tall with red sandy hair, light hazel eyes and of fair complexion. On his hands he had a large cut on the back of the left hand below the first finger and another cut between the middle and top joints of the middle finger of the right hand He was acquitted and having behaved in an orderly manner was released.
