     Agnes Ruth Cook was born on 17 August 1903 at Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.      Henry George W Hoare was born on 11 June 1912 at Hendon R D, Greater London. He married Georgina Rosslyn Tod, daughter of William Montgomery Tod and Matilda Daisy Dunham, in June 1936 at Bridport R D, Dorset. Henry George W Hoare died in July 1999 at Sir Fynwy (Monmouthshire) at age 87.

     Charles Hallett was born on 1 January 1859 at Stoke Abbott, Dorset.
