He was posted from RAF Northolt to 2 (Training) Depot at RAF Uxbridge for service at RAF Denham between 18 June 1919 and 30 July 1919. He was posted to 2 (Training) Group Concentration Camp at Uxbridge on 14 August 1919. He transferred to the Repatriation. Camp on 16 August 1919. He returned to the Concentration Camp on 2 September 1919. He transferred to 'D' Squadron at RAF Uxbridge on 15 October 1919. He ended military service on 25 October 1919; he resigned his commission. As of between 1930 and 29 September 1939, Charles John Swatridge lived at Heathfield Road 'Ladygate', Woking, Surrey. He married Irene Maude Mossop in June 1934 at Eastbourne R D, East Sussex. He appeared in the Regular Army Reserve of Officers list from 1939 to 945 as Lt Swatridge CJ (l.)
