Any income from these should go to Sarah and when she dies his personal estate (excluding money and securities) and his copyholds should be sold though his sons could buy them back. Money from the sale together with personal money and securities should be invested in government security or buying land and/or property. Any income due prior to its sale by the trustees should go to pay his daighters Sarah Lowe and Jane wife of George Puddock and Ann wife of Samuel Hann annuities of £20 each which must go to the daughters as 'unalienable provisions' and be kept separate from any of their husbands' monies. Once all payments are made any residue to go to the trustees The trust should hold the land and properties with the sons as tenants in common until they are sold, which could be up to seven years after William dies, and can be rented out though Richard can buy the bit that he currently occupies providing he pays at least £700 or pay £40 a year rent.
