     Isaac Hann and Hannah Nickleson were Quakers. Isaac Hann was born in May 1750 at Membury?, Devon. He was the son of Isaac Hann and Hannah Seymer. Isaac Hann placed an advertisment in the Sherborne & Yeovil Mercury for lease of Dolphin Inn, Bridport, Dorset on 25 July 1774. As of 7 February 1775, Isaac Hann lived at Bridport, Dorset. He married Hannah Nickleson, daughter of Thomas Nickleson, on 7 February 1775 at the Quaker Meeting House, Poole, Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole; They signed a formal declaration of Quaker Marriage that included a list of the witnesses. Isaac Hann had presumably taken on Cloakham from his aunt Mary Kenway (nee Seymer) when he married as following his death it was agreed in 1787 that the lease from Lord Petre, Baron of Writtle should pass to the heirs of Mary and of George Manning when they died, assuming Isaac jnr was still alive circa 1776. He held policy 382673 for £700 with the Sun Insurance Company and was sai to be of Cloakham in his grandfather Isaac Hann's will in 1777 at Cloakham, Axminster, Devon. He was granted a £40 trust and all the goods and chattels at his grandfather's house called Popehayne in Stockland, (together with his furniture, silver watch, books and cash and anything else in his possesion to fund the trust) in the will of Isaac Hann, his grandfather on 5 July 1777. He loaned £650 at 4.5% pa to the Trustees of Daniel Taylor's School Fund in Bridport to enable them to renovate the Bull Hotel whose rent was used as income for the school. The loan was repaid on 13 Oct 1824 in 1778. He was liable at Axminster for one servant under the Male Servants Act in 1780. He as Isaac Hand was liable for Land Tax of £2 4s 0d the house he occupied and also leased a house with a Land Tax of £1 12s 0d to John Symes between 1782 and 1783 at Bridport, Dorset. He was probably the Mr Hand who leased Goores/Goors [now Atrim Gore] in Stoakatram/Stoke Atram [now the Broadoak part of Symondsbury parish] to John Morey. (Between 1782 and 1784 this had a Land Tax of 7s 2d and between 1785 and 1788 8s 2d) between 1782 and 1788. He he was included in the 'Devon Freeholder's Book' as Isaac Hann, esq, Quaker in 1783 at Axminster, Devon. In 1784 and 1785 his house's Land Tax assessment remained at £2 4s 0d and in 1787 was £2 0s 0d. He held policy 488808 for £400 with the Sun Insurance Company on his house in 1784 at Bridport, Dorset. He lived on 15 January 1787 at Cloakham, Axminster, Devon. He died on 15 January 1787 at Cloakham, Axminster, Devon, at age 36; he was said to be 38 years and 8 months

In the request for a grave to be dug, he is said to be about 37 years and of Bridport. He was buried on 21 January 1787 at the Friends Burying Ground, Membury, Devon. He , or his heirs according to a lease in the Arundell papers in Truro, held on 16 April 1787 at Cloakham, Axminster, Devon. His estate was probated on 3 January 1791; granted to Hannah Hann, widow.

He was probably the Mr Hand who leased Late Morey's (formerly Goors) [now Atrim Gore] in Stoke Atram [now the Broadoak part of Symondsbury parish] to Thomas Morey. This had a Land Tax of 8s 2d between 1811 and 1814. In 1820 as Isaac Hand was liable for Land Tax of £2 4s 0d on the unoccupied house he had inherited from his father.
