As of 2 April 1911, William George Swatridge lived at Turner Road (now Dacre Park) 47, Lee, Greater London; was staying with his uncle and maternal aunt Henry Hayes (carpenter) and Kate Hayes (nee Alexander) and their children. He was a house painter on 2 April 1911. He married Mabel Lilian Swatridge in September 1914 at Lewisham R D, Greater London; witnesses were Joseph William Martin and Eliza Speller. William George Swatridge was subject to a Court Martial at Chatham on 24 June 1915. He died on 23 April 1917 at age 25; as G/4742 - Private, XIV Platoon, D Company, 1st Battalion, The Queen's (Royal West Surrey Regiment). His body was not found and he is commemorated on the Arras Memorial (bay 2) and the Westbury Leigh war memorial in Wiltshire. The CWGC have his as son of William of 'Phipps Arms', Westbury Leigh. However I have been unable to trace this William or another William George who fits. The wedding certificate for his sister Cicely dated 25 Jun 1919 gives her address as Westbury Leigh and father as Thomas the innkeeper.

As of 31 March 1901, Garnet James Swatridge lived at Green Lane (11), Fordingbridge, Hampshire. He was a grocer's errand boy on 2 April 1911. As of between 2 April 1911 and December 1922, Garnet James Swatridge lived at Roundhill, Fordingbridge, Hampshire. He began military service on 27 May 1911 as 1192 - Private, 7th Battalion, Hampshire Regiment (Territorial Force). He was 5'5.25" tall with a 34.5-36.5" chest good vision and fair physical development. He was a grocer employed by the Star Tea Company on 27 May 1911. He was admitted to Basra Hospital with malaria on 21 January 1917. He was re-admitted to Basra Hospital with malaria and after seven days invalided to India in June 1917. He was admitted to Poona Hospital with malaria fpr 77 days in January 1918. He had several more slight attacks of malaria between March 1918 and February 1919. As of 21 March 1919, Garnet James Swatridge lived at Stryd Abercynon (Abercynon Street) 22, Abercynon, Rhondda Cynon taf. He ended military service on 21 March 1919; as 305138 - Private, 1/4th Battalion, Hampshire Regiment through ill health. On his SB36 form his birthyear is stated as 1894 and his disabilities as malaria and deafness. At a medical in Southampton on 9 September 1919 in addition to his malaria he was also said to have a tender non-palpable spleen, deafness in both ears and a deviated nasal septum. On 25 March 1920 at Southampton he was recorded to be having short shivering attacks in the evening a number of times a week, his heart was not enlarged, spleen still not palpable and deafness improving. By 26 August 1920 he was still very deaf. On 16 April 1921 at Cardiff he was recorded as having malarial attacks of 3-4 hours every four weeks resulting in being debilitated for three days and having headaches. His heart and lungs were normal and there was no anaemia. He married Edith Violet Moody in December 1922 at Lymington R D, Hampshire. Garnet James Swatridge was a carpenter on 29 September 1939. He registered with Salisbury & Wilton Rural District Council under the National Registration Act on 29 September 1939. As of 29 September 1939, Garnet James Swatridge lived at 'Louvain', Redlynch, Wiltshire. He died in December 1974 at Salisbury R D, Wiltshire, at age 81.

As of 20 March 1934, Thomas Henry Swatridge lived at an unknown place ; returned to HMS Pembroke 1 payroll on HMS Diana's return to Portsmouth. He ended military service on 21 December 1934; was pensioned off for future duty if required. He was mobilized for duties with HMS Pembroke 1(2) between 28 September 1938 and 1 October 1938. He was remobilized, this time with HMS Pembroke I on 29 August 1939. He was posted to the armed merchant cruiser HMS Mooltan (F75), the former ocean liner RMS Mooltan on 9 October 1939. He was posted to HMS Royal Arthur the communications training school at a former holiday camp in Ingoldmells on 5 April 1941. He ended military service on 15 August 1946. He ended military service on 15 March 1919; was transferred to the unemployed list. He married Dorothy May Wayman in September 1925 at Fordingbridge, Hampshire. As of between 1928 and 1931, Cecil John Swatridge lived at Sandleheath, Fordingbridge, Hampshire. As of 29 September 1939, Cecil John Swatridge lived at Roundhill, Fordingbridge, Hampshire. He returned to HMS Pembroke I on 5 November 1917. He ended military service on 26 December 1917; having been invalided out with fibroid phthisis (tuberculosis.)
