C L O C K H A M H O U S E
TO be LETT, for a term of seven or fourteen
years, and entered upon immediately, or at Lady-day
next, - A very commodious MANSION-HOUSE, with suita-
ble outhouses, a garden, above 14 acres of pasture land, and
three orchards of seven acres adjoining. - The Mansion-House
consists of two under-ground cellars, two handsome parlours,
a large entrance-hall, a good kitchen, and five bed chambers,
besides servants chambers and garrets.
The above premises are situate on the declivity of a hill, about
half a mile from the town of Axminster, in the county of
Devon, and command a most extensive land and sea prospect.

to Mrs. Hann, (the owner) or Mr. Symes, attorney, both of
Bridport, Dorset
N.B. The above orchards in the last bearing year produced
fruit enough to make ninety hogsheads of cyder.
