(1) to (2), 2 acres of orchard, 'formerly Annings' [= James Anning, see AR/1/1058?], lying near Cloakham (parish and manor of Axminster, Devon), lately in the possession of Isaac Hann esquire, and now of [blank] Hann his widow; reserving to (1) all timber trees, minerals and stone quarries, the right to 'erect fire engines' and make wagon ways, etc., to work them, and rights of hunting, etc. For (2) and her executors, administrators and assigns to hold for term of 99 years, starting at the deaths of (2) and George Manning, if Isaac Hann (aged 7), son of Isaac Hann deceased, should live so long.
