He was he the C Catchlove who set sail with George Catchlove aboard the Pauline for California? On 12 January 1850 at Adelaide, South Australia. He the licence was transferred from David Taylor to Charles Catchlove on 13 December 1858 at Marryattville - the Marryattville Hotel, Adelaide, City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters, South Australia. An insolvency notice was published for Chas Catchlove, brewer, of Morphett Vale. He 's final insolvency hearing was on 2 March 1859. His second bankruptcy in 12 months,the adjourned final hearing was heard on 8 March 1859. He he took over the licence for the Engine and Driver Public House from John Eldridge on 13 June 1859 at Bassett Town, Adelaide, Town of Gawler, South Australia.
