In the newspaper report in the West Australian she was referred to as Mrs Catchlove James. She was buried on 16 August 1898 at The Presbyterian Cemetery, Perth, Western Australia.

He was the son of Francis Henry Catchlove and Sarah Jane Cox. George Edward Catchlove arrived aboard SS Albany from north west parts of Australia on 5 May 1897 at Fremantle, Western Australia. Having begun military service circa 1899 as 128 - Corporal, 4 (Imperial Bushmen) Contingent he was promoted Sergeant 01 November1900, slightly wounded 24 July 1900 at Stinkhontboom and 18 August 1900 at Vredefort and mentioned in despatches on 10 September1901. He was initially a Corporal but on 25 May 1901 reached the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th South Australian Contingent (Imperial Bushmen) being awarded a Queen's Medal with four clasps for operations in Transvaal and Orange River Colony, at Wittebergen
He had also for a period in 1901 been attached to the Mounted Rifles Regiment. He was awarded the Queen's Medal with 4 clasps for operations in the Transvaal, Orange River Colony and Wittebergen. He was probably the Trooper Catchlove injured during an action at Vredeford in June 1901. He he returned aboard the troopship Britannic in July 1901. He he broke his collar bone when he fell of a bicycle whilst riding at the Jubilee Oval track in Adelaide in February 1902. He a notice appeared in the Adelaide Advertiser on 15 September 1902. He was a traveller on 4 July 1929. He was fined £20 for drunk driving on 4 July 1929 at Port Pirie, South Australia. He was a commercial traveller between 1939 and 1941. As of between 1939 and 1943, George Edward Catchlove lived at Glenelg - South Esplanade 13, Adelaide, City of Holdfast Bay, South Australia. He died in 1947 at South Australia.

     Lt Cdr Leon Edgeworth Alexander Chester-Lawrence RN was born in September 1924 at Croydon R D, Greater London; was indexed in the register as Leon E A Chester. As of between 1942 and 1955, Lt Cdr Leon Edgeworth Alexander Chester-Lawrence RN lived at Hill Park Road 'Ashley Mead', Ryde, Isle of Wight. He was trapped in a flooded compartment when his ship was torpedoed in the West Indies. His rescuer, a Patrick Sullivan, died while trying further rescues. He was serving aboard the frigate HMS Chelmer when he visited Witham in Essx the town that had funded it as part of the war effort in June 1944. He served as a Sub-Lieutenant with HM Submarines aboard P419 HMS Auriga in 1945. He married Moya Mary Clifford in September 1945 at The Register Office, Newport, Isle of Wight; the bride was registered as Mary Clifford. Lt Cdr Leon Edgeworth Alexander Chester-Lawrence RN was appointed Temporary Sub-Lieutenant (RNR) aboard HM Submarine Alcide (P415) on 1 May 1946. He was promoted to Emergency Lieutenant on 17 July 1946. He was shown in the Navy List as serving aboard HMS Alcide in 1947. He was a director of East Wight Air Charter Co Ltd who discovered that an Auster aircraft (G-AGVL) had been stolen from Bembridge Airport on the Isle of Wight in May 1949. Having failed to start a Proctor at the end of the runway the thief had to remove the Austerfrom the back of the hangae moving several aircarft onto the tarmac to do so. Was shown as a Emergency Lieutenant from 13 May 1949 with seniority from 14 Jul 1946. He gained his 'wings' when he graduated as a pilot at RAF Syerston in Nottinghamshire in February 1952. He having been promoted to Lieutenant with seniority date of 14 Jul 1948 was transferred to HMS Daedalus (RNAS Lee-on-Solent) on 14 August 1952. In 1954 he was shown as a Lieutenant based at HMS Daedalus having been appointed on 15 Aug 1952 with seniority from 14 Jul 1948. He was transferred to HMS Goldcrest (RNAS Brawdy) for duty at RAF Valley as a Lieutenant (Pilot) on 14 November 1954. As of between 1955 and 1957, Lt Cdr Leon Edgeworth Alexander Chester-Lawrence RN lived at St Mary's Avenue 58, Alverstoke, Hampshire. He having been promoted to Lieutenant Commander with seniority from 14 Jul 1956 was transferred to HMS Fulmar(RNAS Lossiemoutht) to command 736 Squadron, Fleet Air Arm on 12 December 1957. He died on 6 August 1958 at HMS Fulmar (RNAS Lossiemouth), Lossiemouth (Inbhir Losaidh), Morayshire (Moireibh), at age 33; whilst undertaking a low-level roll in a Hawker Hunter Trainer Mk 8 (registration XL581, 619?LM) as Commanding Officer of 736 Squadron, Fleet Air Arm, which was involved in intercepter fighter initial training and jet-conversion in Sea Hawks and refresher courses amongst other roles. He was buried after 6 August 1958 at Lossiemouth Burial Ground, Lossiemouth (Inbhir Losaidh), Morayshire (Moireibh). His estate was probated on 21 July 1960; granted to Mary Chester-Lawrence, widow.
