NOTICE is hereby given that the PARTNERSHIP heretofore existing between the undersigned WALTER ALBERT SCHMIDT and ARCHIBALD GLENDOWER CATCHLOVEcarrying on business as Engineers under the style of firm of 'Schmidt & Catchlove' has this day been DISSOLVED BY MUTUAL CONSENT.
