Last will and Testament of Elizabeth Ann Hann (nee Conway) (1842-1925)

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of me
ELIZABETH ANN HANN of 253 Wilton Street Lozells in the City
of Birmingham widow I DIRECT my Executor to realize my
estate and divide the net proceeds equally between my
sons David William Albert Edward and George Henry I APPOINT
my nephew Edgar Barnard Macey Conway Solicitor of 28 Upper
Priory Birmingham to be my EXECUTOR and DIRECT and EMPOWER
him to charge against and receive out of my estate the usual
legal charges for work done by him in the proof of my Will
and the realisation and winding up of my Estate AND I REVOKE
all former Wills made by me IN WITNESS whereof I have here-
unto set my hand this fourteenth day of April One thousand nine
hundred and twenty three.
