This is the last Will and Testament of me JOSEPH
DAVIES of 13 Lower Shirburn Road, Torquay in the
County of Devon, Clerk,
1. I REVOKE all former wills and Testamentary
dispositions made by me.
2. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal
estate whatsoever and wheresoever of which I may die
possessed and which I can dispose of by my Will unto my
Wife Evelyn Flossy May Davies absolutely and I APPOINT
her sole Executrix of this my Will.
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand
this Fourteenth day of October One thousand nine
nundred and thirty three.
