Gives all lands owned and occupied by him to his sons Jacez Winsor, Leslie Hann Winsor and Alexander Smith Winso, except the land his house stands that is bordered by lands owned by his brothers David Winsor and Joseph Winsor, a piece of land owned and occupied by another brother (Japhet) That has been given to him in exchange for another piece of land owned by Cornelius and David. This piece of land to be regarded as one full share and the balance to be dvided in three - one part for Japhet, one for David and one for Cornelius's sons.

Martha forfeits control of all shares should she re-marry and the daughters only receive support while they are at home and unable to support themselves.
