Transcription of the Will of William Hann (ca1813-1847) (PROB11/2078/49)

This is the last Will and Testament
of me William Hann of No. 3 Charles Street Horsleydown in the
County of Surrey I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Eliz-
abeth Hann All that I may be possessed of at the time of my de-
cease as well as whatever I may be entitled to either in reversion re-
mainder of expectancy and of whatever nature or kind To have and
to hold unto my said dear wife her heirs executors and administrators
and assigns for her and their sole and absolute use and benefit ac-
cording to respective natures and qualities thereof And I hereby
appoint my said dear wife sole executrix of this my Will revok-
ing all others heretofore made by me In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand this twenty first day of December one thous-
and eight hundred and forty seven William Hann Signed
published and declared by the said William Hann as and for his
last Will and Testament in the presence of us presence at the same
time who at his request in hiis presence and in the presence of
