sole Executor to whom Probate was granted
at Doctors Commons 18 November 1828 (therein
named and described William Hand late of Piddletown
in the County of Dorset Gardener. Identd. as per
Affd. (zy339) and allowed on a Bond of Indemnity
and Release No. 565 lodged with the Accountant
General Ge. Gray

In the Will are the following words
I give to my son in law Joseph Burden and
Mary his wife all the monies of which I shall
die possessed in the Public Funds or
elsewhere together with the Stocks Funds and
Securities in or upon which the same respec-
tively stand in Trust to permit and suffer
my said Wife to receive and take the Interest
Dividends and Annual Produce of the said
monies for and during the term of her natural
life and after her decease in Trust to sell the
said Stock Funds and Securities
