It comproses : Two iron bedsteads, three
matresses, boot stand, bath, washstand, ware,
drawers, carpet, glass, fender, six chairs, two easy
ditto, couch, sideboard, brass pole, umbrella and
hat stand, two kitchen tables, saucepans, kettles,
American stove with cooking utensils, tubs, pans,
jars, pots, lawn mower, a few lots pf garden tools,
wire, weights and scales, two paraffin lamps, fish
knife and fork, a mahogany round table, glass,
books, buckets, and various useful effects.
