He is very restless and constantly laughed to himselfwithout apparent cause
He tells me that he is buying thousands of pounds worth of rubber shares
and that any amount of money can be made with absolutely no risk. I have
known him for many years and his manner is now quite changed. He wandered
about the room drank whisky straight out of the decanter. He hadphysical
signs of general paralysis of the insane

has changed during the last 18 months from being an intellectual man to quite

His wife Ella Mary Quarry states that he heas been
spending money recklessly buying many expensive things that he does
not want. He thinks that he is going for a trip. He is restless wandering
aimlessly about
