YEOVIL, SOMERSET.

MR. CROSS at the Three Choughs Hotel, in
Yeovil, on THURSDAY, the 18th day of March,
1869, at Six o'clock in the Evening (subject to such
conditions as will then be produced), all that desir-
able and convenient
MESSUAGE OR DWELLINGHOUSE,
for several years known as Hann's Temperance
Coffee House, with the cottage, workshops, and
houses, and premises thereto adjoining and belong-
ing, situate in MIDDLE STREET, YEOVIL, having
a frontage to the street of 31 freet, and now in the
occupation of Mr. THOMAS LOCOCK, as tenant
thereof.
The premises will be sold as to part thereof for
the residue of a term of 1,900 years, and as to the
other part of the premises for the residue of a term
of 1,500 years.
