THE BANKRUPTCY ACT, 1861 Notice of Adjudication and First Meeting of Creditors. HENRY HANN, of Weymouth, in the County of Dorset, Butcher, Dealer, and Chapman, having been adjudged Bankrupt, under a Petition for Adjudication of bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy for the Exeter District, on the 25th day of January, 1864, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Registrar of the said Court, at the First Meeting of Creditors, to be held before the said REGISTRAR on the 10th day of FEBRUARY at 12 of the Clock at Noon precisely, at the said Court, in Queen Street, in the City of Exeter. At the First Meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the Proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate amd Effects. Mr. H.L. HIRTZEL of Queen Street, Exeter, is the Official Assignee and the Solicitors in Bankruptcy are Mr. R.N. HOWARD, Weymouth, and his Agent, Mr. G. HIRTZEL, 9 Southernhay, Exeter
