STOKE ABBOTT, DORSET
TO be SOLD by AUCTION, by Mr.
SAMUEL COX, at the New Inn, Stoke
Abbott, on Wednesday, the 4th day of March
next at 4 for 5 o'clock p.m., precisely, subject
to such conditions as will then be produced,
the undermentioned FREEHOLD COTTAGES,
viz.:-
Lot 1.- All that Cottage or Dwelling-house
with Garden and Orchard thereunto adjoining
and belonging, situate in Stoke Abbott aforesaid,
and in the occupation of James Wakely as weekly
tenant.
Lot 2.- All the Cottage or Dwelling-house and
Garden in the occupation of James Meech, and
adjoining Lot 1.
Lot 3.- All those three cottages or Dwelling-houses
with Wring-house, Cellar, Gardens, and Orchard
thereunto adjoining and belonging, situate in
Stoke Abbott, and occupied by Messrs. Davy,
Travers and Norris, and the representatives of
the late Mrs. Wm. Hann
