The WIll of Samuel Payne (1762-1832)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Payne of Halstock in the County of Dorset Dairyman Made and Published this tenth day of February in the Year of Our Lord one thousand sight hundred and thirty one as follows (that is to say) First I give bequeath and I devise unto my Wife Elizabeth Payne All that my Houshold Goods Implements of Houshold Furniture Monies Securities for Money Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever for and during the Term of her natural Life providing she remain Unmarried but in case she should happen to Marry then I give and bequeath the aforementioned Houshold Goods Implements of Houshold Furniture Monies Securities for Money Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Brother George Payne of Stoke Abbot in the County of Dorset In Trust until my Son George Payne and my Daughter Ruth Payne shall attain their respective Ages of twenty one years and after their attaining the Age of tweny one years then the Houshold Goods Implements of Houshold Furniture Monies Securities for Money Personal Estate and Effects to be equaly divided between my said Children George Payne and Ruth Payne Share and Share alike And I make constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Payne whole and sole Executrix of theis my last Will and Testament Samuel Payne, Witnesses Wm.
