The Last Will and Testament

of me Molly Hann
of 11, Swallowcliffe Gardens, Yeovil
in the County of Somerset made this 30 th
day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Nine Hundred and fifty five

I hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint
Mr David Lewis Smith
14, Summerleaze Park, Yeovil
Somerset
to be my Excutor and I direct that all my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses
shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease.

I hereby give and bequeath UNTO
My Sister Ida Catherine Redwood of 11, Swallowcliffe
Gardens, Yeovil, Somerset one half of all my
property except for all my rings and fur coat
which said rings and fur coat I give and
bequeath to my Sister Phyllis Smith of 14,
Summerleaze Park, Yeovil Somerset together with
the other half of all my property

In the event of either of the above mentioned sisters
predeceasing the other I bequeath the whole
of my property to the one surviving sister

signed, published, and decalred by the said
Testatrix, as and for her Last Will and Testa-
ment, in presence of us, who at her request, in
her presence, and in presence of each other, have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
