Transcription of the will of John Hann (PROB11/2123/4)
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Hann late of Magdalen Circus St John Horsleydown but now of No. 13 Three Oak Lane St John Horsleydown in the County of Surrey/ First I direct that ,y just debts and funeral and testamentary expensesbe paid and I give to Thomas Havill of No. 87 Magdalen Circus aforesaid Bricklayer, the sum of nineteen pounds, nineteen shillingsAnd as to all the rest residue and remainder of my estate proper, and effects both real and personal I give devise and bequeath the same unto William Neighbour of No. 13 Three Oaks Lane St John Horsleydown aforesaid collarman for his absolute use and benefit And I appoint the said William Neighbouur sole Executor of this my Will And I hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me at any time hereuntofore made and declare this to be my only and last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have unto set my hand to the foot or end hereof this fourteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty nine
