Transcription of the codicil to the Will of Richard Waygood (PROB11/1888-262)
This is a Codicil to be adde and taken as part of
my last Will and Testament In the event of my Daughter in law
Chatfield Waygood surviving my Son Richard Waygood and my said Wife
then do I give my said Daughter in law the Sum of Five hundred pounds to
be paid to her out of the residue of my estate and effects by my Will given to
my Sister Sarah Swatridge In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and Seal the Second day of November one Thousand eight hundred and thirty
