CONTRACT, all that desirable FREEHOLD
PROPERTY, consisting of a DWELLING-HOUSE,
SHOP, BAKEHOUSE, and OVEN, FLOUR-
LOFT, YARD and OFFICES, situate on the east
side of St Michael's Lane, Bridport, and oin the occu-
pation of the Misses Pitcher. These premises
being next to the Street, called The Grove*, and having
a side or additional Entrance therefrom, are ad-
mirably and most conveniently situate for the
grocery and baking business, which the present
occupiers have for many years successfully carried
on therein
