GAMING ON SUNDAYS
'This is getting a regular nuisance, espe-
cially on Sundays,' said the chairman at
Swansea Police Court in imposing a fine of
10s each on David James (tinworker), Al-
fred Roberts (collier), and Alfred [sic] Hann
(carter), and 7s 6d. each against David
Thomas (carter), Henry Matthews (labourer)
and Wm. Jones (labourer), summoned for
gaming with cards at Manselton on Sunday,
February 25th.
