The Respondent Tom Hann by Henry Hill his
Attorney in answer yo the Petition filed in this cause
say as follows
1. That he denies that he committed the acts of adultery
alleged in the 3rd, 4th and 5th paragraphs of the said Petition
2. That he denies that he committed
the acts of cruelty alleged in the 6th and
7th Paragraphs of the said Petition
3. That the Petitioner condoned the
said acts of adultery and cruelty if any

Wherefore the respondent
humbly prays that your
Lordship will be pleased
to reject the prayer of the
said Petition

And the respondent will ever pray &c
