HAMPSHIRE (TO WIT.) I, EDWARD CATCHLOVE, formerly of Compton, in the county of Sussex, and late of Hilsea, in the county of Southampton, Carpenter, the person againt whom a Commission of Bankrupt hath issued and is still in force, and who have not obtained a certificate of my conformity to the Statutes concerning Bankrupts duly allowed, now confined in the County Gaol or Sheriff's Ward at Winchester, in and for the County of Southampton, and being charged in custody on the 6th day of November, 1813, but not with any debt or debts, sum or sums of money, which can or may be proved under the above Commission,---do hereby give this Second/Third Public Notice, that I intend to take benefit of an Act passed in the fiftyfourth year of his present Majesty's reign, intituled 'An Act for the Relief of Certain Insolvent Debtors in England'---Witness may hand this 22nd day of December, 1813 EDWARD CATCHLOVE.
