WHEREAS a Commision of Bankrupt is awarded and issue forth againt EDWARD CATCHLOVE, now or late in the Parish of Wimering in the County of Southampton. Builder, Carpenter, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himselfto the Commissioners in the said Commission named, or the major part of them, on Monday the 7th day of December next at one of the clock in the afternoon, on Tuesday the 8th day of the same month, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon, at the house of John Billett, bearing the name or sign of the George Inn, in Portsmouth, in the County aforesaid, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his Estate and Effects. when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their Debts, and at the second sitting to choose Assigns and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to, or dissent from, the allowance of his certificate. A Person indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, are not to pay or delvier the same but to whom the Commissioners shall appoint, but give notice to Mr. Shelton, Session House, London; or Mr. Poulden, Solicitor, Portsea
