The back of the medal awarded to Alfred Edgar Hann for fifth place in the 1908 Southampton Corporation Tramways marathon. The wording which is not very clear without enlarging is (at the top) S.C.T. and (at the bottom) MARATHON RACE1908. On the middle boss it has 5TH PRIZE and on the front it has just an engraved pattern with the initials A E H on the central boss
