This is the last WIll and Testament of me James Shimell Hann of 'Studland' 51 Church Crescent, Finchley Church End, N3 in the county of Middlesex
I direct the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and wheresoever which I may be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease unto my wife Florence Emily Hann for her own use and benefit absolutely and
I appoint my said wife Florence Emily Hann and my brother in law Herbert George Pitman of 'Seldown' Landseer Road, Bourrnemouth in the County of Hampshire executors of this my will and hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore
I declare this to be my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twelth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty two
