1 I revoke all other WIlls and testamentary dispositions by me heretofore made
2 I APPOINT my dear wife PHYLLIS ST CLAIR HANN and my friend WILLIAM BRAND to be EXECUTORS and Trustees of this my WIll
3 I bequeath unto my mother the use and enjoyment during her life of my Motor cycle trial Awards cups and medals and after her death I bequeath the same to my dear Wife Phyllis St Clair Hann absolutely
4 I bequeath my 6.35 Automatic Pistol by Webley and Scott number 155322 also my .22 Repeating Rifle by Remington number 312943 to my brother William Frederick Hann absolutely
5 I bequeath my Masonic Apron Gloves and Case to my Executors and trustees Upon trust that they shall hand the same to my brother Richard Hann if and when in their absolute uncontrolled discretion thay are of the opinion it should be handed to him for his own use absolutely
6 I bequeath my Billiard Cue in the case marked 'F.W.H' and the Cue marked 'L' cut into the butt-end and at present hanging in the Colyton Memorial Institute to my brother William Frederick Hann absolutely
7 I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever not hereby or by any codicil hereto otherwise specifically disposed of to which I may be entitled at ny death unto my dear wife absolutely but subject and charged with the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses
