Joseph Hann of Awliscombe Devon Farmer hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and by this my last Will devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my wife Elizabeth absolutely and appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of March One thousand nine hundred and twenty three...... X.
