Transcription of the will of John Hann

May the 26th 1730

In the name of god amen, I John Han of the parish of Dallwood in the County of Dorsett Husbandman being sick and weak of Body butt of sound and perfect memory thanks be to allmighty god for itt doe ordain this to be may last will and testeament in manner and form following, that is to say I give to each of my sisters one shilling to be paid them within a year after my death and I doe give my wellbeloved wife my house I now live in together with the orchard and garden and everything thereunto appertaining for Her to dispose of as she shall Have an occation and I likewise give unto my said wife all my Houshold goods wareing apparel Debts due to me on any account whatsoever in wittness whereof I Have Hereunto sett my Hand and seal the day and year first above written
