I William Hanne of Dallwood in the County of Dorsett yeoman do hereby make my last will and Testamt. In writeing in manner and forme following And first I Comend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hopeing for a joyfull Resurrection with the right to eternall life My body I comitt to the Earth the originall matter of it to be decently buried according to the discretion of my Exectx hereinafter named.

Item I give my brothers Thomas Hanne & Robert Hanne one shilling each Item I give to my wife Mary Hanne and her assignes All my Lands in Dallwood aforesd from the time of my death for & dureing the terme of Fourty yeares if my said wife shall so long live She paying the Interest of the money for which my Sd Lands are morgaged to Mr Richard Cook and I give now to my said wife all and singular my goods & Chattles Provided allways and my will is that In Case my said wife shall not on the request of John Board his heirs or assignes or the Sd. Mr Cook his heirs and assignesat any time to be made her by them or either of them Release and acquitt such Dower and thirds as she my Sd. wife may clayme to have of and in all or any of the Lands that I have been seized of dureing my life at any time that in such Case the said Legacies given as aforesd. to my Sd. wife shall not accrew to her but the Sd. gift & bequest to her made shall be void and In such Case I give all and singular the --aiste to my Sd. brother Thomas Hanne

Item I make my Sd. wife Exectx of this my will In witness whereof I the said Willm. Hanne have hereunto sett my hand and Seal the fifteenth day of September in the fourth yeare of the Reigne of our Soverigne Lady Queen Anne over England &-Anno Dom. 1705
