THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me EDITH MARY
HANN of 13 Hulham Road Exmouth Devon Spinster
1. I APPOINT Thomas Joyce Widower of mu late cousin
Louisa Joyce of North Hayes Honiton Devon and Reginald
Yelverton husband of my cousin Phyllis Yelverton of
54 Whipton Lane Heavitree Devon (hereinafter called
"my Trustees") to be the Executors and Trustees of this
my WILL
2. I GIVE teh following pecubiary legacies all free
of duty namely:-
To each of them the said Thomas Joyce and Reginald
Yelverton if he shall prove my Will and act in the
administration od my estate Fifty pounds
To the said Phyllis Yelverton One Thousand Five Hubdred
Pounds and to each of her children Phyllis Brooks
Joan Carnall and Tom Yelverton Three Hundred Pounds
To each of them Marjorie Nicoll and Katleen Rowe
daughtersof my late cousin Dan Power Three Hundred
Pounds
To Edit McCullagh of Raleigh Roaad Exmouth Devon
Three Hundred Pounds
To each of them Mrs Florence Tucker of 34 A Exeter Road
Exmouth and Mrs Ethel Harris of 53 Egremont Road
Exmouth Fifty Pounds
To the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
Fifty Pounds
3. I DEVISE all my real estate and I bequeath all
the residue of my personal estate to my Trustees upon
trust to sell and convert the saame into money and out of
the proceeds of such sale and conversion and my ready
monies to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and
debts and to pay and divide the residue of such proceeds
and monies unto and equally between the said Phyllis
Yelverton Marlpits Hospital at Honiton Devon the
Shipwrecked Mariners Society and Doctor Barnardos Homes
4. I DECLARE that the receipt of the Treasurer or
other proper officer of any Charitable Institution to which
a legacy or share of residue is given by this my Will
shall be a sufficient discharge to my Trustees
5. I REVOKE all former testamentary instruments made
by me IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set
my hand this 3rd day of June One
