Axminster Rural Council are to build many houses on Colyton and the Council understands that there are to be further developments which will require electric light and power and would be glad to hear if you are able to supply the necessary requirements. The Council understand that, when you were approached lasy, you informed them that your plant would not permit you to make any further connectionc. The Council regard thisas very serious, and would be glad to know if you were taking steps to remedy the situation.
